Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, grippy socks are required for any minor playing in our indoor playground. This is for sanitary purposes, but also for their safety. Grippy socks are NOT required for adults, however we do not allow shoes in our playroom. You may bring your own grippy socks, or purchase them from us when you arrive for $2 +tax/pair. 

While we do not have any age restrictions, we say that children 8 & under have the most fun. We of course allow & encourage older sibling to play with their siblings. We also have a gated soft play area for children under 2.

No - Adults are always free! We only charge admission on children who play. 

Yes, we allow outside food & drink in our lounge area. We also have snacks & drinks available for purchase. We do NOT allow food or drink in our play area. 

PlayTown is not a drop-off facility. A parent or guardian must remain on-site & supervise the child(ren) at all times.

Yes, we just ask you be mindful of other guest's privacy. 

We rarely take photos in our playspace, but if we do we ALWAYS ask each parent if they are ok with it. If you are not comfortable with us taking/posting photos, no worries! Just let us know. 

You may bring your own food, drinks, cake, etc. We do have an add-on menu if you'd like us to handle it. Please note: NO alcohol is allowed. 

If you do not book the clean-up option, the room must be left as you found it (minus mopping). This means all trash must be bagged & placed in the trash cans (outside), decorations removed, tables cleared & personal items removed. If anything is left behind, we will give you a call. If it has not been picked up within 48hrs, it will be disposed of. 

Yes - for safety & cleanliness, no glitter, confetti (including confetti balloons), silly string, or open flames (with the exception of birthday candles) are allowed. Also, if hanging anything, please ask a PlayTown team member to help. We ONLY allow command strips/hooks. We do not allow glue dots, tape, nails, tacks, staples, etc.

Retainers are non-refundable. We understand life happens, kids get sick, etc. If you notify us of your cancellation at least 7 days before your party, you may reschedule to another available date within 90 days.
