Cancellation & reschedule policy
Cancellations & General Rescheduling
If you cancel at least 7 business days prior to your event, your retainer may be applied toward one rescheduled party within 90 days, subject to availability.
If cancellation is made less than 7 business days prior to your event, the retainer is forfeited.
The final balance is due on or before the day of the party.
Sick Birthday Child
In the event the birthday child becomes ill, you may reschedule one time only. The rescheduled date must be:
- A weekday evening within 30 days, or
- A weekend date within 10 days of the original party date,
subject to availability.
No refunds will be issued.
Inclement Weather
If PlayTown is open and roads are clear and safe to travel, there will be no option to reschedule due to weather.
If PlayTown is forced to close due to weather conditions, you may reschedule one time only. The rescheduled date must be:
- A weekday evening within 30 days, or
- A weekend date within 10 days of the original party date,
subject to availability.
The safety of our guests and employees is our top priority; however, we cannot offer rescheduling if we remain open.
